1% of our sales, not our profits, are given to approved charities working hard to improve the environment. We are happy to be making this strong commitment with your help to drive positive change every year.

1% for the Planet is a registered non profit organisation that represents a global network of businesses, individuals and environmental partners tackling our planet's most pressing environmental issues. Responsible business giving back to Environmental Partners to create a healthier planet.

1% For The Planets mission is to 'accelerate smart environmental giving'. 1% for the Planet is a growing, global network of more than 3,419 businesses, and an expanding community of individual members supporting thousands of nonprofit partners in more than 64 countries. In total, 1% For The Planet's members have given more than $350 million back to environmental nonprofits since 2002

We donate 1% of all of our online retail sales. This means when you purchase a LIGA product on our website, you're directly helping UK marine wildlife. We've also recently donated Β£10,000 to help fund Sea-Changers Innovation Fund 2022, which encourages and supports new ideas and projects for marine conservation. The Innovation Fund totals Β£30,000 in which Β£10,000 was awarded to projects developing solutions to the problem of plastics that damage the marine environment, which we, here at LIGA, are extremely passionate about.

Sea-Changers

Sea-Changers are a UK marine conservation charity, managed by a small team of volunteers who love the UK's seas, shores and wildlife. They give grants to UK marine charities and non-profits for conservation and research projects. With the support of partners and supporters, Sea-Changers have funded 247 projects, given Β£215,000 in grants and funded 23 fountains. They are passionate about funding grassroots projects that engage local communities.
