Returns + Refunds
We want you to be happy with your LIGA purchase - but if for any reason you’re not, we’re sorry.
We have a no-quibble returns policy – simply post the item back to us and we’ll refund you in full. You have 28 days from the date you receive your order on our loveliga.com website to do this.
Please note: Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or damaged on arrival. Items returned damaged, used, or not as supplied may not be eligible for a full refund.

Faulty items: If your item arrives with a manufacturing fault, we will replace or refund it and cover return postage.

How to return your item
- Package your item securely in its original condition and packaging (unless faulty).
- Include a note with your name and order number.
- Post it to the address above.
- We’ll process your refund within 3–8 working days of receiving your parcel.
